Redemption Terms

Your redeemable Voucher entitles you to a choice of one from a range of items shown on our online shop.

Availability of individual items at the time of redemption is not guaranteed as stocks of each item will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Recipients will be able to choose one item from the items on display at the time of redemption.

If the selected item cannot be delivered for reasons outside Postcode Lottery’s reasonable control, recipients will be invited to choose an alternative item.

Delivery of items is to a relevant address in England, Scotland or Wales only. Delivery of items will normally take place within 14 days of redemption.

Items selected which cannot be successfully delivered for reasons outside of Postcode Lottery’s control shall be returned to stock and subsequent item selection may be required.

The value of items may vary.
