Congratulations! As a player with People’s Postcode Lottery you have won a Voucher that can be redeemed against any of the great prizes in our shop.
This is an exciting addition to the prizes that you can win by playing People’s Postcode Lottery and does not affect your chances of winning a cash prize. We are sure you will find plenty of prizes you like but if there isn’t something for you, then why not order something for a loved one or friend? All prizes are sent to your chosen address with free postage so there really is no reason not to!

Simply select the item(s) you wish to redeem and click on the basket in the top right to begin the checkout process. If you wish to change an item, then delete it from your basket and start again. Please be aware we are unable to amend order details once submitted so please take care with your selection and delivery address!

Each Prize Voucher is redeemable for 2 months and you can check the exact date you must redeem your prize voucher by in the email or letter you received confirming your win. However, don’t wait about as with limited stock, some of the popular items will go quick!

This will be reflected in text at the top of the page, where you will see how many prizes you have left to choose. Once your basket is full you will see “Prize limit reached” on all prizes.

All prizes will be delivered by Royal Mail in your regular post, please allow up to 14 days for your prize to arrive. If you still have not received your prize in this timeframe please contact our Customer Experience team.
We can only send prizes to addresses in England, Scotland, and Wales. Unfortunately, we cannot send books to BFPO (British Forces Post Office) postcodes. If you wish to use an alternative address to receive your prize but it isn’t available for selection, then contact our Customer Experience team on 0808 109 8765.
